As women by the age of 40, many of the states struggle with our irresolute bodies and how to dress them. A short story…

I was asked to nourish a finance meeting every bit a favor. The board was all male person but there were two female office assistants at the place where nosotros assembled. I have known these women for many years but the men from out of state were meeting them for the outset time. • She is always learning and growing.
• She keeps her hair night and in a current cutting
• She is never without makeup merely it is subtle and enhances her features.

• She wears vivid shades and is known for her colorful shoe drove.
• B makes everyone experience important and interesting and good about themselves, considering she truly feels that manner about herself.
• She lights up a room simply by walking into it.
• She embraces who she is at this time, with these flaws, and she honors that.
• B is forever young in spirit and that is reflected in her physical advent.

What have I learned from this?

• That we can all make the choice to age attractively.
• Nosotros can exist blithesome, charming, flirty, and fun no matter how many candles are on the birthday cake.
• We can remain open to new experiences and keep on evolving.
• We need to express joy every solar day and stay optimistic.
• Maintain a spirit of chance.
• Do not fearfulness wearing vivid colors or trying a new style.
• Most importantly, never believe that "the best is behind you" but that "the all-time is yet to come up".

I hope all 40+ women will encompass this philosophy. We are truly awesome creatures and we deserve to celebrate that each twenty-four hours.
